Project Summery
For this project, F&W Contractors was hired to assist in the completion of a new house buildout. We were brought in after all the interor walls and drywall were in place.
Our team was tasked with painting the interior trim and drywall of the new home. Next we hung all the interior doors and installed the interior trim.
Finally we installed all of the kitchen cabinets, the laundry room cabinets and installed the bathroom vanities
Project Challenges
One of our biggest challenges during this job was working with suppliers during the COVID-19 shutdown. Due to the close of many production facilities, it was difficult getting materials that were in short supply.
Another challenge was trying to get the homeowners into their new home after their old home sold and COVID-19 caused their back up plan to fall thru.
Finally we had to adjust schedules to accommodate other trades and include extra homeowner features within the set time frame for project completion.
